Hi! I'm Katie.

FREEDOM + JOY JUNKIE. MINDSET (REWIRING) MAVEN.
OBSESSED LIFE + BIZ STRATEGIST. MAGIC MAKER.

My passion is to help you get unstuck, know + own who you are, and redesign your mindset, habits, & energetics so you can love your life, love yourself, and kill it in your purpose, true potential, & wealth. My magic sauce: psychology, neuroscience, breath work, holistic health, & a sprinkle of strategy. Allll infused with fun (it's the missing fuel). It really doesn’t have to be heavy, complicated or boring.

Here’s what I know... it’s most often our mind, limiting beliefs, and the narratives we tell ourselves (which dictate our habits, choices, and quality of relationships) that keep us stuck and held back. I help you get out of the stuck cycle of “quickfix — backtrack — panic — repeat”, truly do the the inner work with aligned action, and make your magic happen.

My desire for YOU: as a 90 year old betty, with champagne in one hand and a coy smile, being able to say, “Darling, I fully lived, loved, and became the woman I was made me to be. Cheers!”
